We accept returns and exchange requests within 14 days of receiving your order.
The items must be sent back in unused and sellable condition (tags and labels still attached) together with the original packaging.
Return shipment needs to be arranged by the customer. Any return costs are absorbed by the customer whereas exchange delivery costs are on us.
How to Exchange
To return & exchange an item, please contact us at email@example.com.
Upon our confirmation of your exchange request, we will provide further instructions for returning the parcel.
Please include the following in your return package:
- Item(s) you wish to exchange
- Copy of airwaybill / shipment confirmation and invoice (enclosed with order shipped email)
We only accept exchanges for the same item in a different available size or colour. We will dispatch your new item once we received the return of the item you wish to exchange.
How to Refunds
We only accept refund if it is a product quality issue, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Upon receipt & examined the defective product, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, excluding shipping charges, within 30 days.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order, before it has been dispatched.
